“It’s not just about ideas, it’s about making the ideas happen.”

The Entrepreneurship Cell, IMI New Delhi hosted it’s annual business plan competition, Pitch Please during Kritva’19.
Pitch Please is a platform for the budding entrepreneurs to present their business ideas and models to a panel of judges comprising of Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors and Entrepreneurs who analyze the feasibility and practicality of their ideas on the basis of several deciding factors.

This year we had Mr. Neeraj Tyagi from The Venture Catalysts and Mr. Sanat Mondal from The Indian Angel Network graced the event as our esteemed panel of judges.

Innovation and entrepreneurship are the wheels that steer the world into a brighter future. Great ideas result into great undertakings which pave the way for achieving success. In order to realize this vision, Pitch Please provides a platform for potential ideas and early-stage startups to evaluate their plan in the risk-free environment of a competition. It aims to bridge the gap between ideas and the realization of an enterprise.

This exciting event had 2 rounds. In the 1st round, participants had to submit an elevator pitch along with an executive summary of their idea. Teams were evaluated on various parameters like innovation, scalability, financial viability etc and then top 10 teams were shortlisted for the campus round.

In the final round, the teams pitched their ideas in front of the judges to grab the winning title.
This year we received more than 300 registrations and students from various prestigious institutes like IIMs, IITs, BITS, NMIMS, IIFT, SRCC etc took part in it.

The teams from SRCC, New Delhi bagged the top 2 positions and won exciting prizes.
